Works perfect

Only issue with the product are the shelves which are a little to close to each other which make it difficult to get bottles in and out of the fridge.

Great customer service

This is a great wine fridge. I like how compact it is, how well it works, and how many bottles fit inside of it for its size. I will say that the bottles have to go in front ways and back ways in order to fit as many bottles as advertised though. And the light with the temperature on the front… Is really bright and I live in a studio so I have to cover the light at night (but that is likely unique). Some bottles are too fat to fit in the shelves… But luckily you can remove some of the shelves in order for things to fit better. And you’re able to stack the bottles when you do that so you can still fit as money.
I will say that the unit did stop working about a month in… And this is the best part: the company sent me a new one and I put the old one in a box and they sent a Fed ex label to send it back. This was really fantastic customer service because I feel like for many companies you have to jump through a lot of hoops. I let them know that I did all of the troubleshooting tasks listed and I even measured how much electricity was in my socket. But they made it really easy. I appreciate that in a company

Nice price

I bought this last week and was very disappointed, the product doesn’t match the descriptions. It was supposed to contain 50 bottles, but the slots are so small, I can hardly squeeze in 36 bottles.

Nice and Quiet

Received this last week. It’s really quiet and holds the temperature just fine. As noted by others, it won’t hold 50 bottles unless they are all skinny Bordeaux bottles, and even then that might be a stretch. I expected to get about 36 bottles in this fridge and got 34 in after removing two shelves. I’ve got quite a few pinot bottles in there now and they take up more space. I figure depending on what I usually order I can maybe get 40 bottles in the unit. I’m happy because I researched and understood the capacity constraints. Finally, this thing is super quiet. Can’t hear it unless I’m trying to listen for it. I was a little nervous with some reviews that complained about the cooler being noisy; not our expect all so far. Very quiet. I can only assume the reviews complaining got defective units or units damaged in transit and that they are the kind of buyers that just like to complain before getting a resolution their issue. We are very satisfied with this purchase. My wife, who didn’t think we needed a wine cooler now admits that it even looks cool.

Wine Anytime!

Being in the wine and spirits business I need perfectly chilled samples, plus wine for when we entertain. This wine fridge does the trick. It cools to the property temperature in a short amount of time. It is well insulated and leaves no condensation on the unit. Set up was a breeze. There are wheels in the back so it's easy to move and the unit's controls are on the outside so you don't have to worry about cold air escaping if you need to adjust the temperature . The interior racks slide out so it's easy to see what wines you have stored. Best of all the unit is super quiet. The design is sleek and would fit with any decor. We look forward to chilling many bottles of wine in this awesome cooler.

Love This Wine Cooler!!

Pros: VERY quiet. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about the noise from the compressor. However, this cooler is SO quiet. I LOVE the look of this wine cooler. The stainless rim around the door makes my kitchen look sharp and professional. The shelves are very easy to take in and out. I took out the bottom two shelves so that I could stand up a few bottles of open wine. CONS: The reason I didn't give this wine fridge five stars is because I don't care for the "locked" feature on the top where the controls are. After 20 seconds, the cooler "locks" the controls so you can't accidentally turn off the cooler and so you can't accidentally hit the temp. control and "mess up" the set temperature. BUT, what the locked feature also means is that you must unlock the controls TO SIMPLY TURN ON THE INSIDE LIGHT. Seems ridiculous to me. An "on/off" switch at the top would have been so much easier. Unlocking is not difficult. You just hold two flat electronic controls for 3 seconds and then you can turn on the inside light. But it's an add'l step that doesn't make sense to me.
