Stopped working after less than a year

I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase. The Wine Fridge stopped working (cooling) after owning it for less than a year. Newair has been unresponsive regarding repair/replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We replaced an old wine cooler with NewAir's dual zone 43 bottle wine fridge last month and love it. The protection of the shipping box was perfectly designed and easy to open. We let the fridge sit for 24 hours as recommended and it was easy to set up, We are so pleased with this purchase and NewAir's customer service. You won't go wrong with their product!

Great fridge. Has a safety button sequence so they aren't accidentally pushed, ie; light on/off, temp change.

Very sleek and functional

This two-zone cooler is perfect for storing different types of beverages in each zone. The top zone gets as low as 41 degrees F, which is perfect for beer, seltzer or soda. I put seltzer on the top section and bottles of wine on racks at 57 degrees on the bottom. Also in the top section, I left 1 rack that fits 4 bottles of wine. Here I keep whites and rosés so that I always have something at a nice crisp temperature when I'm in the mood.
The machine is mostly quiet and looks very sleek. It's one of the best visual designs I've seen (the fact that my wife let me put it in our dining room next to the china cabinet should speak to how nice it looks!).

Company stands behind their product

Bought the Newair Freestanding dual zone wine fridge as a xmas present for my wife. She loves the look of it and its capacity relative to its size. It was doing a great job up until about 3 weeks ago. We noticed that the fridge was not working and we saw a F2 error code. After a quick call to Newair to see if they could help me troubleshoot the problem, they told me that they are sending out a new Fridge which should arrive in about a week. Its been a smooth no hassle process. Its nice to see that a company stands behind their product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit is very sleek, and very quiet to be a unit that utilizes a compressor. I have had the unit for a few months, with absolutely zero complaints, other than desiring a bigger unit. If you are getting a unit, do yourself a favor and get a dual zone one. It allows for you to store multiple varieties of wines. The temp stays very consistent, and the seal on the door is also very good. New Air just puts out a superior product than all the other competitors I’ve personally seen.

Perfect size and quiet wine fridge

I spent a good deal of time researching wine fridges as I wanted something that was large enough to hold both Red & White and also quiet enough as not to bother me in my 750 sq ft apartment. This was the perfect find. It was a recommendation from a friend who has had hers for a couple years now and is still very happy.
