Fridge is good, customer service is better

I purchased my unit earlier this year, and have enjoyed it thoroughly thus far. Both zones hold temperature well, and have had no issues with storing my red or white wine. After a few months, I had a minor issue with an internal fan and customer service couldn't have been easier to work with. After gathering some basic information, they let me know they'd get the unit replaced no problem. All in all, my experience has been a very positive one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m obsessed with this fridge!

Just got this fridge this month and it’s my new favorite appliance in my house. It’s very quiet for a fridge. It’s easy to put the settings in and it fits the amount it says it holds. If you have some weird shaped bottles you’ll have to make some sacrifices in capacity but it’s a great fridge! And it doesn’t freak my dog out, who gets freak out by everything. So this is a 5/5 star in my book!

Merry Christmas to me! A wine fridge is the perfect accessory for any wine lover in your life! I'm so excited to have one designated place to chill all of my wine bottles and cans without taking up vital refrigerator space. The dual temperature zones are a great feature to keep all of your bottles at the right temperature. This fridge is quiet, easily moveable, and I especially love the blue light! It creates a serene ambiance while you pour that perfect glass of wine! I can't wait to fill it to max capacity! In the meantime, cheers!

Love This Fridge!

I received this fridge hoping to be able to age cheese in it. The results have been amazing. The cheese aged perfectly and the fridge is so quiet and compact that it fits into my tiny little kitchen without being in the way. Highly recommend!

Received this wine cooler for Christmas but a couple of months later the relay switch went out. I called customer service and they promptly sent me new cooler out.

Lots of Room

The refrigerator is compact but has lots of room inside. The shelf spacing perfectly fits all the bottles and the dual zone keeps our reds and whites at perfect temperate. We put ours in the dining room so we can easily get more wine when guest are here for dinner.

Good fridge - Rack space depends on bottle size

The fridge is great. Packaging was top notch plus! Is beautiful too! Mostly quiet, there is a low hum from the compressor but nothing significant. I wish you could handle the dual temperatures differently but maybe is not possible due to design, That said, the top is at 45, bottom, which has more space at 55. However, 43 bottles is relative to the size of your bottles. There is one rack, the one between sections in which only very slim bottles fit, At the same time, the bottom rack will only support bottles up to a certain length because the compressor wall is behind it. Therefore, while 43 might be possible reality would be less bottles.

Great Value and Well Designed

We replaced an old wine cooler with NewAir's dual zone 43 bottle wine fridge last month and love it. The protection of the shipping box was perfectly designed and easy to open. We let the fridge sit for 24 hours as recommended and it was easy to set up, We are so pleased with this purchase and NewAir's customer service. You won't go wrong with their product!
