Perfect Wine Fridge

This is the perfect wine fridge for many reasons. 1) Quiet. The fan on this wine fridge is very quiet, unlike most wine fridge I have had in the past. This is perfect for smaller apartments (I live in a one-bedroom) and can never hear the wine fridge. 2) Dual Zone. This is a true Dual Zone wine fridge, many wine fridges I've had in the past do not actually maintain the cooler temperature. This fridge keeps my ready-to-drink zone at its proper temperature. 3) Beautiful. This is a beautifully designed wine fridge and would go with the aesthetic of any apartment. 4) Removable racks. The removable wine racks of this wine fridge allow you to easily store sparkling wine and Pinots without ruining the label. 5) Easy to use: This wine fridge is easy to set up and customer service is great. I highly recommend getting this wine fridge, you won't regret it!

Love my wine Cooler

This unit is quiet. I had another brand I was ready to leave my place it was so loud. This unit is perfect in its little corner. Recommended to my friend. And, if you need help with setup customer service is available. But setup is super easy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Company stands behind their product

Bought the Newair Freestanding dual zone wine fridge as a xmas present for my wife. She loves the look of it and its capacity relative to its size. It was doing a great job up until about 3 weeks ago. We noticed that the fridge was not working and we saw a F2 error code. After a quick call to Newair to see if they could help me troubleshoot the problem, they told me that they are sending out a new Fridge which should arrive in about a week. Its been a smooth no hassle process. Its nice to see that a company stands behind their product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Service

My wife and I love our chiller. Dual zones are a must and we always receive complements on the design. Unfortunately, the compressor developed an issue during the first two years that required replacement and we contacted customer service. They were very helpful and will be sending a replacement. They asked we write an honest review to share our experience. We really appreciate the excellent service!

Very good unit for the price.

We are very happy with this purchase. The Wine Fridge holds both white and red temperatures very accurately. Good customer service (1st unit was damaged in shipping, and was quickly and easily replaced). The unit is a very good value, and is widely available at a number of reputable stores. Only negative comment is two of the shelves catch on the drawer stops, and don't open as smoothly as the others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fridge is good, customer service is better

I purchased my unit earlier this year, and have enjoyed it thoroughly thus far. Both zones hold temperature well, and have had no issues with storing my red or white wine. After a few months, I had a minor issue with an internal fan and customer service couldn't have been easier to work with. After gathering some basic information, they let me know they'd get the unit replaced no problem. All in all, my experience has been a very positive one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
