Just Purchased Control Panel Won't Work

Just purchased as a gift. Let the unit sit for 24 hours. It is cooling but the control panel is not responsive. I cannot turn off light or adjust temperatures. I registered the product but no product support that I can find.

Beautiful, quiet, and functional

Love our NewAir. It got delivered with the box in perfect condition. Easily unboxed and setup. Of course, wine bottles are anything but consistently sized. Larger champagnes won't fit, but I have room for them in the fridge. Pull out the racks before you try to put a bottle on them. We couldn't be happier. Thanks for a great product, NewAir.

Unit acts up but support team great

Unit worked great for a while but started displaying error code F2 for the lower zone. Support team suggested different things to try but ultimately had to send me replacement part (display board) which I have to install myself. I have not received it yet so cannot say whether issue resolved. Only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is their support has been great. Fridge itself not too great. It's been a frustrating experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid dual zone fridge that holds just the right number of bottles at a great price point. The use of space is very efficient... It cooled quickly and manages a full load without excess noise. I love the lights and dual zone. It perverse so all my wine collection . I'm really happy with this product.
