Great Customer service

Aftercalling customer service, they understood the problem. They offered to replacethe the thermostat. I said fine as long as I could do it myself. The lady checked and was out of stock. Then she offered a replacement That was terrific Customer service was awesome. Thank you very much

Doesn't keep temp. Have set at 54, fluctuates between 52-55?? Not happy.

Very well made, nice size, quiet. Only complaint is that I have set the temp to 54, but it flucuates between 52-55?? Don;t know why

Great wine fridge and awesome customer service!

I absolutely love my Newair wine fridge and so do all my guests and family members. It completed empty space in the living room near the sofa in style. I absolutely appreciate the fact that I can store unfinished bottles upright since my husband is not big on wine wine, I typically have a glass and put bottle back in the wine fridge to enjoy it another day - super convenient and practical. Overall highly satisfied with my purchase and customer service is awesome - super responsive, polite and helpful- highly recommend this company!

I always want a mini fridge so I am very excited that I have it now!! The size of it is perfect and it is so well done. Adding a picture to give the real idea of sizing!!

Nice wine fridge, but....

Perfect little wine fridge for our bar area. Kept temperature well but one day I noticed one of the digits on temperature gauge was not lit on display board. Very disappointing. Reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and offered a solution- a replacement unit! Great customer satisfaction! Thank you Newair!

Great addition to home bar

Too noisy. Had to return. Plus there is NO physical way to set 16 bottles inside.
