This range is good-looking, powerful in its cooking ability and has some great features such as air fry, griddle, multi sizes of burners, convection, lots of space inside the oven, many rack position options. The downside is that almost anytime I touch it, something happens to the finish! It’s too sensitive. While following all of GE’s directions for cleaning it, I baby it by gently cleaning with warm soapy water and using a microfiber cloth. Spots appeared in the stovetop out of nowhere, and became worse the next time I wiped it down with warm water and soft cloth! These spots are not on the surface, they appear to be a defect in the finish. Called and they had no resolution for me. As long as it functions right, the spots in the enamel are cosmetic and not covered under warranty. I previously owned a 22 year old GE gas range which was much more resistant to blemishes and the exterior was tougher. It works well but seems flimsier in the finish and the construction. The lower drawer isn’t flush and the burners get marks on them that won’t wipe off, despite my gentle treatment.

We switched from an electric to gas oven and what a huge difference!
Everything is so much faster. Especially just boiling water.

Wish one of the smaller burners was to the front. Most people are right handed, so turning the knobs counter clockwise is awkward - this should be changed. Filler piece for sides the length of range should be included as most openings are "raw" edged. That's an extra & necessary expense. Center grittle gets pretty hot when oven is on. Opening in the back should be larger to accommodate gas fixtures already installed in the wall. Moving them was a big expense to us. Overall, this is a nice range, just wish the knobs were clockwise.

I'm very happy with my new gas range. The convection roast is a great feature. Cooked a turkey breast and came out juicy on the inside and golden brown and just a bit crispy on the outside-perfect. Looking forward to trying the air fryer. Two large burners so great for canning season right now. Very happy with this stove.
