I have been in love with this range from day one. It looks nice, it works great, it is efficient. I like how the metal is across the top, allowing it to be essentially one cook top. I enjoy using the griddle to cook stuff I used to use an electric griddle for. The stove has a huge window and the three racks makes it very nice for more than one item in it. I love the convection feature too! A wonderful stove!

The gas burners cook so evenly that I can count on bacon to be crisp, soup to simmer evenly, and sautéed dishes to make me look like a chef. The convection feature on the oven cooks quickly and thoroughly. I love the quick oven cleaning at low heat feature -- feels very safe. And I easily clean the exterior with a warm wet cloth. Plus, it's pretty to look at!
Pros: Innovative, Convenient Features, like the grill that came with it., Performance

After using our range for a couple months I am able to say that I is well made and has good features my last range did not have. First the oven works well for all our needs, although I wish I could have got the blue interior. Baking if now reliable and items are evenly done. The stove top is nice with 5 burners. Center burner would have been better if it were oblong instead of round. Turbo burners are quick but both are for large pots, a large and smaller one would be better. Control panel is pretty easy to figure out. The 'done' alarm actually gets my attention, unlike my previous range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this oven but I don't. The cooktop has pitted and I had it replaced. The oven light died after 2 months, I don't like the self clean feature.

This range has caused stress in our household

We’ve put up with this appliance for 5 years because we couldn’t afford to replace it. First the positive... we love the burners. The variety makes cooking a dream. We do find the center burner basically a decoration but beyond that, we’re happy with them. The grates are well designed and do exactly what we would like. Keeping the cooktop clean is another matter. To the oven. After owning the oven about a year it began to not light or relight consistently. We had multiple calls for service, got accustomed to relighting the oven with a large lighter rather than trusting it to light itself, had multiple spoiled meals or baked goods, and finally thought we had it fixed. We allowed our extended warranty to lapse and then it got significantly worse. Probably 25% of the time we have to manually light the oven. Then, maybe another 25% of the time it does not relight during the baking time. The temperature then drops and the item being cooked is often ruined. We try to relight manually but that often results in burned hands without positive results anyway. We aren’t sure the convection feature even works any longer. And the aqua clean is worthless. We are at the point of giving up and looking for a new range. We can’t really afford one at this point but this oven has caused such tension we’re not sure we would keep it even if we could get it fixed.
