Wish the oven would cook

We have had the repair people out twice since buying the appliance less than a month ago. It will not cook, and finally the wife had a batch of cookies ready to cook when the last repairman came, and he agreed that the oven was not heating up as it should, and order a new part. He told us that we could ask for a replacement after 3 visits, and all I can say at the moment is: 2 down and 1 to go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first gas range I have ever owned. So far I like it a lot! My only complaint is that the oven doesn't seem to cook things fully when the temperature is set & cook time is exactly per the recipe. Will need to get an oven thermometer to verify temperature. Otherwise everything else is great!

I really like the features on this range, Kitchenaid did not overdo the features so the range is not complicated.
one flaw is that the burner knobs get very hot if you are using the oven at a high (400 degrees+) temperature, this needs to be corrected.
other than that I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to friends.

I got this Range after Jenn-Air and my wife is pretty happy with it. I like the food she is cooking as well :)
