If you do any amount of cooking or canning this cooktop is perfect. I can put large pots on top and the whole surface is available for cooking, not just 4 spots. I also like the large front glass- you can see everything inside that you need to!

I'm on the list waiting for a replacement igniter. My oven will not light in Convection mode at all. The serviceman said this will be a continued problem as he has repeated replaced the igniter on many of this model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We especially like the "Easy Convect" feature. The full grates are a real safety feature, they prevent pots from tipping. We also like the fifth burner. The design could be improved by either lighting the control panel, or reducing the glare from it.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance, Design
Cons: hard to read the control panel.

but i dont understand why the knobs are metal. they get too hot to the touch when the oven is turned on. you need a pot holder to turn them on or off or adjust the temperature. i think if they were made of some type of plastic or covered w/ something, they would still look nice and not get so hot. just disappointed w/ that particular feature.
