[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say, there is one problem we have with this range, we have to clean it, and the metal close to the burners gets greasy, we have tried a few things to take out the grease and dark color, have not hit on the perfect answer YET.
Everything we have done with this range, has worked really good, and really like the TWO ovens. After reading a few reviews, where some folks were saying they could not clean under the knobs, here is the answer. If you are able, grip the whole knob with your fingers, pull straight out towards you, and slowly remove it, it does take a little steady pressure.
You folks at Kitchen Aid have turned out another good tool for those of us in the kitchens to use - thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove in june 2013 after looking at many double oven brands. Some of the reviews made me nervous but it seemed like the best one. I love it! The upper oven comes in the handiest, heats up quick so good for dinner warm ups etc. The timer does not turn off the oven (someone pushing wrong button I suspect). There is a broiler option on the upper oven which works well. It cleans easily with a paper towel and windex. Had some brown/ burn stains around the burners- made a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and let it sit on the stain for a while and wipes clean with a sponge or paper towel. the stainless steel top does scratch easily so we are careful when cleaning the grates and replacing them. Burners are powerful, back burners are smaller and all have a low setting.
It's just a great oven!

Racks on top of stove are a little bit too heavy for me.
Black surface on top around burners has tiny silvery specs, I hope they don't chip over time.
