nothing but oven trouble

The range is a beautiful addition to any kitchen.
However, I have had nothing but trouble with the oven. I never know if it will first light, and then second, stay lit during a cooking cycle. Two hours to cook a meat loaf is not my idea of a great oven.
More often than not, it won't light. Then when it does light, it is unpredictable as to weather it will maintain the cooking cycle or not. Midway though a cycle, it tries to come back on but will not, and the temp of the oven drops off.

I love my new stove! Not only does it look great, but it works great! I like that I have 5 burners that are all different sizes and burn at different temperatures. This makes cooking multiple dishes easy. One of the things that sold me on this oven was the third rack. We have a large family, so that extra oven rack will come in handy on a daily basis, not just for cooking on the holidays!

We bought this about a month ago and when we have the oven on to 400 or more, the stainless burner controls get so hot, that you can bearly touch them. I turn on the fan which kind of helps. Any suggestions???The other features seem to be fine but haven't used it too extensively as of yet.

Overall it's a great stove. There are some things that have been an issue, for instance the light in the oven keeps burning out, almost monthly. Also it's hard to fit multiple larger sized pots on the burners all at once.
