[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read some negative reviews but have had none of the issues reported in those reviews. I did take time to read the manual, and retread sections as needed. I also clean up all spills as soon as I am done. The lower oven vent does put out a lot of heat on the top right side, but we have a vent fan that we use whenever we use the range, so don't find that to be an issue.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Beautiful interior, Performance, Design, Innovative

With the bonus that I teas made in the USA!!!! I love the griddle, both for hot cakes & grill cheeses. I love that I have 2 ovens so that I am able to cook 2 separate things at once.
