[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the 5th burner a waste of time on a 30 inch range. It does not provide any additional space because you can't fit the pans. If you are only using 1 burner, the center one is fine. The additional btu's have required I watch what I am cooking to avoid burning. Once I figured that out, it works just fine. The power burners pump out the flames. Convection oven works just fine. I have not used the cleaning feature yet. The electronics can be tricky, not necessarily intuative. I never had an oven that you can set the temperature on Broil. I realized how bad the last range was after I bought this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dual ovens came into play the first week we had the oven, cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the dual ovens. That allowed everything to be ready at the same time. Perfect.
Pros: Performance, Design, easy to use, Convenient Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooking if a passion of mine. I work in a volunteer kitchen around professional equipment, and when I had the opportunity to introduce a high quality stove into our newly remodeled kitchen 9 months ago, I chose this stove. I have not been dissapointed in it's performance. I cook everyday. I also host many parities, including an engagement party for my best friend, where I made chicken cordon for 50. The only downside to this stove is that when tomato sauce accidently stayed on the control panel display area for two hours it ate off the brushed stainless finish. We found out from the rep at the store that the panel has a painted on finish and there's nothing that can be done to restore that.
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Convenient Features

Great range, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range for the convenience of having two ovens, which is fantastic! Almost everything can be baked in the upper oven, so we are using just enough energy for heating a small space and no bending over. We use the large, lower oven for large roasts and large french ovens. The range in general feels very substantial and well-made.
The problems with the design of the range: the stainless steel cooktop stains very easily. Also, if I am not meticulous about avoiding the burners when cleaning, the electronics system goes haywire and beeps until any moisture is completely gone.
Finally, have had the unit less than a year and already one of the stovetop valves has failed. Repairman came but needed to order replacement part, another visit.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: Some quality issues, difficult-to-clean cooktop

Really enjoying our new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our range for a month now and truly enjoy it. The high power burner heats pasta water in a few minutes and can be lowered to a very slow simmer. The lower power burners can be lowered to keep things warm. The griddle burner works fantastic for grilled cheese. Fits 3 slices of bread--would like it to have been 4. 2 ovens are great. Pizza for several people with different tastes is easy. The grates fit together nicely and you can slide pans off to a different burner easily.
Disappointment:
There was a bit of chrome on the frame that should be around the white frame and is pushed below. Disappointing, but not worth the uninstall-reinstall return fees.
The upper oven rack is hard to pull out when on the lower bracket. We will purchase a pulling too and be sure to wear mitts.
Ovens might be slow to heat up--never timed the old one.
Pros: Performance, Convenient Features, easy to use, Innovative, Design
