Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this oven in my last house for a year and it was great. When I bought it for my new house, nothing has worked. It had an internal gas leak, problems with the burners lighting. The ovens do not seem to get up to the right temperature even though numerous parts have been replaced. Next week will be my second appointment for the convection feature. After purchasing two sets of KitchenAid appliances for the old house and new, I cannot even describe how frustrating this oven has been.
Pros: easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooks evenly. Preheats quickly. I love the two oven feature. It's nice at Thanksgiving and Christmas to have two ovens to cook in and also it's great for two different temperature settings. I love the warm plate feature and the cooktop griddle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love the double oven and the griddle. The double oven helps both with big meals and when I am cooking for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this range for a bit more than 2 months, easy to use and clean and the new feature of easy quick oven cleaning will be a real plus, able to clean in an hour or so with little use of gas. Large oven window is a great feature and it adds to the appearance.

Difficult to clean; nice appearance; need to get on knees fo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The timers are difficult to always figure out. 3 timers and I cannot specify upper and lower timer if I know I will need to use the general timer for the stove. Regarding cleaning the glass front oven doors, do not spray directly on the glass. The cleaner will get caught between the outer glass and inner glass and drip down without a way to wipe it away. Design flaw. This is my first convection oven, and the first time I baked two pans of shortbread cookies using parchment paper lined cookie sheets, the upper pan was far more done vs. the lower pan.m The idea of the double oven is great, but if one plans on using the convection oven all the time, it should be on top. I always have to get down almost on my knees to see into the bottom convection oven. I saw a competitors version with the small oven on the bottom and thought who would go on their knees to look inside that? I have to do it with the big oven on the bottom also.
Pros: Design, Innovative
Cons: included griddle too small for family quantities, timers difficult to figure out, easy convect doesn't allow preheating with timer, need to get on floor to see into lower convection, oven turns off automatically w/ easy convect, difficult glass door design to clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit dismayed that the gas hook up does not allow the oven to sit flush to wall. Frustrated trying to speak to customer service.
