[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, but it does take some getting use to especially using the Convection Bake portion of the lower oven. The only problem I'm having is the electronic ignition on the burners. It seems to me that it clicks for too long after I move the dial past the 'lite' line - it clicks all the way to the 'high' with no in-between level. The repairman told me I was wrong & that it was supposed to keep clicking that long - I have my doubts about that answer, but I do like the range a lot so we'll see - it's new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't want to use this range at first. It was too beautiful to get dirty. Then I tried it and loved it even more. The oven heats quickly, the burners light in an instant, boils water quicker than any range I have ever owned. What more can I say? Next week is Thanksgiving, the real test of a range. I expectto have a beautiful turkey and all the fixing! Thank you Kitchen Aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 37 year old Roper with this stove. While I do miss the larger top of the Roper ( it was the last of the 36" stoves) this is a pleasure to use. It accommodates larger pans easily.

WE ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY GETTING THE REBATE THAT WAS OFFERED WHICH IS A BUMMER. ALSO THE DEALERSHIP THAT WE PURCHASED THE APPLIANCE FROM HAS BEEN DISHONEST !!!!! I WILL BUY ANOTHER KITCHENAID APPLIANCE BUT WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANYTHING FROM THE STORE WE PURCHASED IT FROM.
