Wish the oven would cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the repair people out twice since buying the appliance less than a month ago. It will not cook, and finally the wife had a batch of cookies ready to cook when the last repairman came, and he agreed that the oven was not heating up as it should, and order a new part. He told us that we could ask for a replacement after 3 visits, and all I can say at the moment is: 2 down and 1 to go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It went together easily and was easy to get going. The both ovens had a slight smell when I initially fired them up but it didn't last long. We are enjoying this range very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched for several months to find the perfect range. I have always owned Kitchenaid appliances and this range exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is the bread proofing. It worked perfectly! I own the white gas range and cleanup is a breeze. The burners are so much more powerful than my previous Kitchenaid range. The grates are continuous which makes moving pans around so easy What's not to love with this beautiful range. Don't hesitate. Just do it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best range I have ever used... love it! The burners turn on so easily and are easy to adjust. The grate is heavy duty and holds the heaviest of pans. But those ovens are awesome! So easy to work with and use. This is my first time with a convection oven and love the ease of using it but also being able to use the lower oven as a regular oven too. This is a very efficient, easy to use item in my kitchen and my family is reaping the rewards that come forth from it! Thanks!!!

One thing I did find troublesome was the stainless steel top, which is very hard to clean without scratching, it will also stain easily and start to change color. Even after thoroughly cleaning the stainless steel top it will turn black- brownish. I would not recommend it because of the stainless steel top.

The only issue I have with the stove is trying to keep the burners clean when there are spillovers. There is some discoloration around the burners and would like to know what I can use to remove those stains.
