After 50 years of none remodeling I,m having a wonderful time modeling and my new five burner and it's grill are getting a good cooking working out. It's wonderful having something brand new.

I really like the control the various burners give me in terms of quick heating and low simmering. I believe the oven thermostat is off a bit which is why I didn't give this product 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just remodeled our kitchen and updated to this range. Previous one was electric. We wanted gas, more capacity on top and inside the oven. We got all of that with this Architect Series II. The 5 burners are great and the cast iron top makes it look like a professional cooking surface. The Griddle plate is awesome as well, goes right on the grates and works like a dream. The oven space is huge with 3 racks. We have flexibility to cook multiple items and not worry about uneven cooking heat. The True Convection takes care of cooking everything evenly. One caveat, the bottom drawer is not very big. We used to store our pots and pans in the old one and in the Architect Series II we use it for our cookie sheets.

The smaller oven on top is great for pizza night times when the whole family is not around and we do not need to heat up the whole oven.
