We have a germination guarantee. Please call our Customer Service team at 800-476-9669 (M-F 8am-5pm MT) and one of our reps can send out replacements for your non-germinated seed pods as well as offer tips to get all your plants growing strong and healthy.

I ordered a box of cascading petunias and only one pod bloomed. The others are still in the water but nothing has bloomed. Great disappointment.

Had this pod for about a month now and couldn't be happier. Its so many flowers ! Wish I had more pink or striped flowers but still love it
