Two of my petunia pods took off as expected and have lovely green foliage with two blooms anticipated. Three pods are struggling with spotted foliage. One pod didn’t make it. I was scrupulous about watering and feeding. My garden is several months old. I am somewhat disappointed as I absolutely loved my herb garden which flourished beyond expectations!

We're sorry to hear your seed pods didn't grow as expected. We do have a 21-day germination guarantee where we will replace them if they don't sprout or die shortly after. Please contact our customer service team for replacement pods and helpful germination tips.

The petunia seed pod that came with my Aerogarden grew out Coleus instead of cascading petunias. I have only tried one out of the six. I've asked around and it also happened to someone else. I have yet to contact Aerogarden.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took a long time, almost 2 months, and one pod did not germinate (I know they would replace but there are plenty without) The real disappointment was that all the flowers are white. I was expecting multiple colors. Brighten's up the house without the expense of cut flowers. Very bushy (probably should have cut them back more) Also one pod sprouted what looks like a coleus not a petunia. Really would have been happier if I had a little more color variation. I feel a little like they weren't very concerned about that kind of detail. At the price I expected better.

A little slower growing than prior purchase of the same but beautiful and worth the wait. Had one pod not bloom but aerogarden quickly replaced. This is my favorite seed kit from aerogarden as the petunias continue to grow and spread when I transfer it outside in the summer.

It was so rewarding on the dark days of winter to watch the petunias grow and bloom in luxurious abundance. I know that I can't eat petunias, but they are food for the soul.
