I have used AeroGarden products for many years and I love my AeroGarden. The Cascading Petunias are really beautiful. Occasionally over the years when seeds did not sprout they were quick to send a replacement.

Was planning to have on kitchen counter instead of cut flowers.but that lights make it look like a glowing spaceship. They are on for about 14 hours a day. I unplugged and put in the garage.

We are sorry to hear the LED Light has been bothering you. Our LED grow lights are specially tuned to the spectrum that will maximize photosynthesis in plants, with spikes in the blue spectrum (460 nanometers)(nm) and the red spectrum (700 nm). UV light (10-400 nm) is not needed for photosynthesis so we don’t include any in our lights. Our LED grow lights contain no measurable UV output.
We have found no specific correlation between LED lights and negative effects on the body or eyes. We do not recommend staring directly into the AeroGarden LED light for long periods of time. With the intended use of our product, this should not be an issue- and the plants love it!

Two of the pods grew really well, the other one is really small and will probably get covered by the other two. No flowers yet, but I’m guessing it’s still early.

I transplanted all of these into planters on my balcony and front steps, and they grew and bloomed beautifully all summer. I will definitely get these again for next spring!
