Poorly designed rack

This dishwasher cleans ok, but there is a major problem with the design of the bottom rack. The prongs are very awkwardly spaced and go straight up and down, so plates fall over. The spacing places some items too close to clean properly. It is impossible to place items like is shown in the instruction manual, so I can not fit many dishes in. I never had this problem with my previous dishwasher. I am pretty disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my new dishwasher coffee about a month! So far it's been great. Love the extra treat in the top for lids and other flat items and done tall items like spatulas
