Love the 3rd removable rack on the top! Holds and thoroughly cleans silverware and utensils and can easily be removed to place in larger items on top rack. Extra plus is the zone cleaning to conserve water and avoid a pile of up dishes for a full wash. Love the choice of washing zones, top only, bottom only or both.

3rd rack limits height of items that can be put on the second rack. 3rd rack has a very tight fit. Not sure if I like the 3rd rack yet.

In stock product and took it home that day. Took time to install. Needed to get the 3/4 GHT 90 elbow but used my supply line. While you are at the store pick up some 1/2 clamps if you like to have a secure clamp on the drain lines. Overall great product.
