Can’t start… just beep

Too many issues for under a year old

I like that it has the extra tray at the top, but after a few washes the tray is mis-shapen and doesn’t close correctly. It hits the top spout so you need to constantly shift the tray to push it back in. I originally thought it was installed incorrectly but looking into it, I found a lot of reviews of other people having the same issue.
The detergent never comes completely out of the door. After the wash is done, there is at least half of the pouch still in the compartment. I was advised to just put the detergent in the bottom of the dishwasher- but the door pops open about a half hour into the cycle and by that time I’d assume whatever I put at the bottom has already dissolved so it’s rare all my dishes ever come out completely clean. (This has happened with every type of detergent I’ve used so it’s not a specific brand)
I also bought this because I loved that the shelf was adjustable…BUT the rollers pop off all the time so its a project to move the shelf & then reattach the rollers anytime I need more space on the top or bottom.
These issues started a few weeks after I bought it, so it’s not due to regular wear & tear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent dishwasher

Everything about this machine pleases me. The dishes are clean after a normal cycle. I do not rinse before loading I only scrape.

Works great till it doesn’t.

I would not waste your money on this machine. We have owned it and used it for nearly a year and a half and it worked great until recently. It just stopped working during the rinse cycle and despite the fact that it’s getting enough water, cutting off due to water pressure shortage. We have tried everything we can think of to fix it, but are not willing to pay a huge amount of money to have a service tech come out and work on a dishwasher that is not even made and sold anymore. I think that’s telling.

We do think that getting a technician out to check everything would be worth while. They can at least perform a diagnosis to help identify where the problem is coming from and if it's worth going for repair. We have had issues a few weeks after we got it.

The basket does not stay on track, does not dry all the way etc.. A part of the side wall dislodged and now we have to replace the floors in our house!!!! In addition to having to get a new dishwasher.

Replacement for similar unit

Replacement unit for one that only lasted a couple of years due to the top mounted control panel detachment. Would have bought something different but the rest of the appliances are the same color.

Started out fine but short life span

Had it for a few years and it was okay. More it's constantly giving a PrS error code and won't run even after having it serviced a month ago. Would not recommend if looking for a long term solution.
