Issues after limited use

Dishwasher started to randomly loose power after very limited use. The dishwasher is 2 yrs old but at a vacation home, so it gets used rarely. Seems to be a common circuit board problem with many GE dishwashers. Not happy.

We recommend replacing the fuse or resetting the circuit breaker, and removing any other appliances from the circuit.

Amazingly quiet

So quiet can't tell when it's running. Gets dishes exceptionally clean. Glasses have NO water spots. No residue on dishes. So pleased with this purchase.

Love the features, does a great job cleaning. But, as other reviewers have said, the steam vent is positioned so that it vents on the top mount controls.

Top rack never gets clean

The bottom rack of our dishwasher seems to work great but the top rack only cleans about half the dishes and almost none of the glasses or cups get clean, they frequently are more dirty after the wash than before, it looks like grains of the cleaning powder from the cascade platinum pod plastered on the inside of the glasses and cups. It doesn’t seem to make a difference if the filters have been cleans

Washing performance can is reliant on a number of different factors. First, we would recommend verifying that the inlet water temperature is hot enough. This can be checked by running the faucet nearest the dishwasher on its hottest setting and verifying the temperature reaches at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. If possible, be sure that "Boost Wash Temp" is selected. Also, be sure that you are using a high-quality dish detergent and rinse aid along with making sure that the filter is not clogged. More information and steps to improve performance are available on page 19 of the use and care manual, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000239-1.pdf - We would also advise that you check out the loading guide for the top rack to get optimal performance. If you'd like, take a look at the "Getting Started" tips on page 5 of the Use and Care manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000239-1.pdf. The start button must be pushed before you close the door, and the door must be closed within 4 seconds for the dishwasher to start properly.

I love this dishwasher, the different options and features you have to choose from, the 3rd rack on top and the two sprayers inside allows for much more clean dishes.
