Detergent dispenser won’t open

Detergent door won’t open. Unable to use dishwasher
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great even on crusty dishes and plastic!

Love that this machine only requires scrapping, not rinsing, dishes - saving water and time! The dishes come out perfectly clean, and the plastic items dry well.

Love the half load feature

Nice and quiet and since it is the two of us the half load feature is the best. In addition, the ability for it to sense how dirty the dishes are is also a bonus. Love it!

We wanted a low decibel dishwasher because of our open kitchen-dining-family room. This was the right choice!! I can barely hear it run when I stand right because it! It washes very clean and has a greater capacity than our last dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans well

This was a replacement for a 18 year old GE dishwasher, This dishwasher has some great features that I wish I had when washing baby bottles. This dishwasher cleans my dishes very well even baked on food, the dishes come out sparkly. Love the top shelve for my knives and ice cream scoops. This dishwasher is much quieter than my old one, but when it does make a loud noise when extracting the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

easily broken exterior

it was discovered later that upon installation an exterior attachment was broken. it was irreparable. MAYBE if a GE mechanic installed it this would not have happened.
