So far so good --- having trouble with my connection to my Van alternator but it is a cord problem not the Yeti Link -- -- charges fast off 220 --- runs my Webasco Heater like a dream -- In Canada Skiing for a month !
Great product. I live in an area with frequent power outages due to a poorly run local utility. I also work out of my home office. This product is a lifesaver. When the power goes out, I can quickly switch over to this unit without the hassle of cranking up the generator and running extension cords. Two thumbs up.
The Yeti 3000X is AMAZING! It charges wonderfully, can run so many things for hours. This model is just unfortunately too heavy for someone like me to carry up multiple flights of stairs. Deciding to go for a lighter model for time being but hoping someday to get another larger one again.

Use at our off grid camp

Bought this 2 years ago to power our small off grid camp (we do not live there full time). It is great for weekends! We plug it into the camp and it powers our lights and large dorm fridge for a few days without recharging it. We also use it to recharge batteries for cordless drills, battery powered chainsaws and the 12v battery for our shower water pump. Hasn’t let us down yet! We have plugged power tools into it and even run a well pump off it. The case solar panel does take a long time to recharge the unit, especially here in the northeast where our sun isn’t as strong as other parts of the country. But overall we are very happy with this unit!

Overall, I am pleased with my Open Box purchase of the Yeti 3000 power unit. From date of order to actual delivery was less than 6 days. Unit was delivered by FedEx in very good condition. Saw the unit had approximately 32% on the display screen after taking it from the box ... being that it was sunny, I began charging the unit with my Boulder 200 panels. All went well for the afternoon and put everything away at dusk with the Yeti now showing about 76% charge. The phone app said there was a firmware update which I allowed to be applied to the Yeti 3000. Did not use the Yeti for a few days. On the 4th day, wanted to complete the full charge of the unit and hauled everything outside only to find the Yeti appeared to be completely dead. Displays wouldn't work and it wouldn't accept a charge from either the solar panels or the electrical outlet. Reached out to Goal Zero asking for help. Customer Service got back to me within 36 hours and provided instructions on how to reboot the unit. Executed the reboot process and all has been wonderful since ... keeping my fingers crossed.
This is a lifesaver if you have frequent power outages like we do. All our neighbors have them installed and we just got ours hooked up with Goal Zero’s Home Integration Kit. Worked like a charm when we had a power outage this morning..
I've always been skeptical about purchasing anything "open box." Seeing as I had also bought a 1500 (new) and loved the functionality, I rolled the dice and it paid off! It's a great "Jenny" and is going to be exactly what we need during the next big storm or outage. It came with all of the cables, was in near perfect condition, and it works perfectly. This purchase is a good way for me to get over the stigma of buying open box products.
