An ok peel

I received my first peel, and the board was already separating from itself. To Ooni's customer care team's credit, they promptly replaced it when I shared pictures of the product as it arrived. Unfortunately, the good feeling was short-lived as the replacement Peel has also started to separate, albeit from a different location (near the handle vs. the front of the original). This separation of the bamboo is quite unfortunate as the peel itself is pretty useful. I have fewer issues with my pizza sticking as I slide it into my oven, but it's only a matter of time before it becomes unusable. In fairness, I have recently purchased a couple of other bamboo boards from different sources, and they, too, have also separated. Maybe bamboo isn't good material to work with for cutting boards and pizza peels.
