Nice peel! I use two

Nice peel! I use two at a time, one to launch and one to prep and cut on. Simple wash off and store. Would recommend no problem.

Versatility Makes This Peel A Must for Pizza Making

This peel works great for large pizzas or multiple small pizzas. The bamboo surface is sealed for protection on both sides making it stain resistant and easy to clean. I recommend that you hand wash rather than putting it in the dishwasher. I do my prep, launch, retrieval and slicing on this one. It can also be used as a cutting board for prepping your toppings It is not made for turning pizza in the oven. Because of it's durability it is very heavy. And of course, cutting on it will mar the wooden surface.
