Don't make pizza without this

You have to have 2 peels to keep the assembly line running smoothly. This peel is a wonderful complement to the stainless steel peel - I use them in tandem. It also provides the right aesthetic for authentic homemade pizza on the porch!

Not only is this peel smooth and beautiful, it is also perfectly functional. We use it to serve the cooked pizza on. With a bottle of wine, it is the perfect centerpiece to an outdoor pizza party.

Nice but heavy

I have arthritis in hands and wrists, so this peel is too heavy for me. I will replace it at some point with a metal one and just use this for serving, but for right now I have my husband put the pizzas in the oven with this. It is a very nice peel
