[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The peel looks great. It is however, too thick, and too heavy for me to use effectively.
My first peel developed a crack along one of the glue lines. Ooni took care of replacing it straight away. I definitely prefer aluminum peels for stretching and launching and moving the dough.
