Very good peel, and an essential element to any pizza chef. I recommend having two: one for serving and one for cooking. If you are cooking multiple pizzas, this helps keep the food flowing.

Bamboo Board Crack

The board looks nice. Issue is it cracks. Weight is not bad , but the quality needs improvement. Shipping was great.

Nice for serving, not for launching

The board is nice to look at but I wouldn't use it for anything more than serving the pizza on/cutting board. If I would have known how heavy and thick this was, I would have bought the steel peel instead. It's too heavy for launching and the wood burns if it touches the stone. I actually consulted with a ooni CS rep to ask if they recommend this for launching and they said yes I disagree. If you are looking for a peel to launch, the metal peel works much better. I use the ooni perforated.
