This has been perfect. Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been perfect. Works great when used as a platform to roll out the dough and build your pizza. Then transfer it to the oven. We’ve been using it in combination with the aluminum pizza wheel, which we use to turn the pizza and remove it from the oven.

We used this peel for prepping and launching, then steel peel for turning during cooking. The bamboo peel works brilliantly, minimal flour needed and never have any issues with bases sticking. It looks really good for serving too. Another great ooni product!

Unfortunately the 14” was a bit heavy, and the dough still stuck. Even with Seminola flour and regular flour. I was kind of disappointed. But I do love my ooni pizza oven.

Fantastic for presenting

Made a rookie mistake and was using this to launch pizzas at first. It began to get scorched on the bottom front of the peel. It is definitely more suited to presenting and serving what's made in the Ooni rather than launching pizzas into the Ooni.
