Multi-functional peel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the bamboo peel for serving pizza. It's stylish and doubles as a cutting board. The handle design prevent burning your hands while serving on a pizza tray, the size is perfect for a 16inch pie, and the wood is just beautiful!

Great for large pizza, I think the surface has been improved with a shiny finish, I still use flour though to ensure pizza moves when launching.

Bought two for assembly and launching into the oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just right -- good weight, handles well and serves (haha) perfectly as both the assembly surface and launcher to get the za into the oven. (I bought one, liked it then bought another for za parties.) However, I use a much thinner, metal launcher to get the pizza out of the oven -- I find it's better for that. It works well because then the next diner can get going on building their pizza using the bamboo launcher during pizza parties.
