Bamboo Peel - arrived damaged and poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replacement peel arrived with a split in it making it unusable. The design is poor as the grain all runs in the same direction, meaning one split will run along the grain and the peel will break. Should be a cross-ply construction to prevent this. A real shame as the peel otherwise looks great.

Prepping, retrieving, serving, all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried about purchasing this due to the flames in the oven, however, the fire doesn't affect it at all. I generally retrieve my pizzas with this and use a rocker cutter on it before placing the pizza into pans or plates. It's the perfect surface for this use and cleaning the peel is a breeze.

This is a beautiful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful product in theory… However, in practice, it’s awful. The pieces of bamboo continue to separate from one another causing the entire thing to split in half. I’m on the second try and this one has already broken.
