Durable perfect sized pizza board

I use this one to prepare or load pizzas into our Ooni 12” oven.

Stretching the pizza on this board makes a perfect size pizza for the oven. Also serving on this board looks very nice!
Cleaning with just some lukewarm water is very easy.

This bamboo peel is really nice. I’ve read reviews that people find it easier to use than the metal peel but I prefer the metal. This bamboo peel retains more flour/semolina underneath the pizza which can result in a burnt bottom if you’re not careful. The metal peel has the perforated holes which ensure that any excess flour/semolina falls off the peel. The bamboo peel is also bit on the heavier/bulkier side as well so I prefer the metal peel for launching into the oven for reasons outlined above. However, it looks great and functions well for serving pizza.
That said, Ooni customer service is 10/10. My first peel that I ordered had a chip so I contacted their support team and they sent me a new peel no questions asked. It was fast & easy. Bravo!
