Perfect size

The wooden pizza peel is the perfect size for preparing your pizza. I like to use the metal peel for loading and retrieving the pizza from the oven.

This looks amazing, but burns REALLY easy, so just be aware that when you're using it as a pizza peel, the bamboo on the trip will char super quick!

I was disappointed that the first time I used I left my spouse momentarily to watch ( while I was preparing the pizza and stuff) and she left in there to long and burned several inches of the front .
However is something I could use in the future, more accessories , more help and better pizza is the key

Glad I got this when ordering my koda 16. Although I only got the 14 inch one I think cooking 14 inch in the koda 16 gives more ability to control heat and move pizzas round in the oven easily. I lightly flour/semolina the board and then use to launch into the oven. Then use the metal peel to move around. Seems a lot easier launching from the bamboo board.

Good quality product. Great for launching your pizza into the oven. We recover using our metal peel, cut it on a large chopping board and serve on this - No better way to serve it.
