Ooni Cast iron Grizzler

This is a great little cast iron pan, steaks come out perfectly seared. It doesn't take up a lot of space, the handle is removable and this allows you to safely remove the hot cast iron from the oven.
This is a perfect size when cooking meats for two. You may want to consider the dual sided Grizzler, if you want a larger cooking surface.

Too Dull To Cut

We already own 3 other pizza cutters and were still looking for the very best one. This one was by far the WORST one. None of us could get it to cut. There was even no chance of getting a cut finger with this blade. It was the dullest one of all. I am a proud owner of the Ooni Koda 16 and table and love them. I also own the 16" metal peel, the bamboo peel, the brush and they all live up to their high Ooni quality.. I assumed the pizza cutter would not disappoint but it defintely did. With the Ooni trademark on the handle of the pizza cutter, one would think one would be assured that the quality of this product would be in line with all the other but it fell far from the mark. I would return it but it would be more trouble than it was worth.

There was a slight problem with the original oven so the Ooni team gave me a store credit equal to the pizza peel. It's a fantastic tool.

Easy to Use

This brush makes it easy to reach the back of my Ooni Koda 16. With other BBQ brushes I was unable to reach the back of the stone due to the angles of all the brushes. This one worked just fine.

worth getting as an accessory

I originally thought this might be a bit of a waste because I already have a peel but this one is nice. Dough does not stick to the surface, the short handle is convenient for taking it with the oven, and of course it fits the inside dimensions of the oven perfectly
