The best for easy launching

The best for easy launching and serving your pizzas. Wood doesn't require as much flour to prevent the dough from sticking making a much easier launch. It is a little too large for my use though. I normally only make 12-14 inch pizzas so a 14" probably would have been a better choice.
It is not the best for turning or removing the pizza, a thinner metal peel is more suited for this part. Having both a wood and metal peel make for good pizza making experience.

A great accessory. Easy to install and makes great pizza.
I use the propane attachment during the winter months when I don't want to spend unnecessary time outside tending to the fire.

Useless

I purchased this pizza wheel as a result of all the rave reviews but never have I ever used such a useless cutter. The blade was so dull that it would not cut. Since I purchased and love my Ooni Koda 16, table, both the metal and bamboo peels and the brush, I assumed the pizza cutter would be of the same high quality as all the Ooni products I've bought. However, this product does NOT even come close in quality to all my Ooni produce purchases. If it wasn't such a hassle to return it, I would but it'll go right into the dumpster as it's a useless tool. I am now leery about any future Ooni tool purchases. Too bad because all my other purchases were winners.
