[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried about purchasing this due to the flames in the oven, however, the fire doesn't affect it at all. I generally retrieve my pizzas with this and use a rocker cutter on it before placing the pizza into pans or plates. It's the perfect surface for this use and cleaning the peel is a breeze.

This is a beautiful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful product in theory… However, in practice, it’s awful. The pieces of bamboo continue to separate from one another causing the entire thing to split in half. I’m on the second try and this one has already broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the bamboo peel for serving pizza. It's stylish and doubles as a cutting board. The handle design prevent burning your hands while serving on a pizza tray, the size is perfect for a 16inch pie, and the wood is just beautiful!
