We used to transfer pizzas to the Ooni with the stainless steel peel. Sticking was a problem from time to time, especially if the prepared pizza sat on the peel for a few minutes. Pizzas easily slide off the bamboo peel.

Really sturdy peel. Flour spreads really easily and evenly on the peel. Makes launching pizzas very easy.

It's a big pizza cutter

Has a difficult time rolling cleanly through the crust on one pass. Might be operator error/technique. I'll continue to practice.

Nice peel, but cracked after

Nice peel, but cracked after two uses. It also is wood and can burn if not careful. Prefer metal.
