Go for the perforated metal instead

This pizza peel is really just a bit too thick to work how we'd hoped. Tried it a few times but found a flattened out spatula seemed to work better. It's just sitting in a box. I think we would have been much happier with the metal perforated one.

I use the ooni bamboo pizza peel to launch my pizzas. It is made of good quality and the pizza slides with no problems. I have a metal peel for turning and removing the pizza.

This bamboo pizza peel is a good addition to my Ooni Koda. It's easy to slide the pizza in and out of the oven and it's very sturdy.

I recommend this cutter wheel to any homemade pizza lovers. Prior to Ooni cutter I was using a smaller metal wheel cutter that wasn't as good.
