Works fine. May graduate to the metal one in the future as having two paddles would be good and it would be worth seeing if there was any difference in performance.

This Peel board is strong, easy to keep clean, versatile to make the pizza dough, slide pizza in the oven quit easily, the price is fair compared to other similar peels. I am very satisfied using this product. I highly recommend it.

Bamboo Pizza Peel is the way to go

I love this pizza peel! We have an aluminum one, but this one makes launching our pizzas so much easier, and sticking is not nearly as much of an issue. Great board, beautiful and well made.

It was the size I needed to launch a pizza in my Karu, my original peel was too large to fit inside. With this one I am able to take full advantage of the Karu stone size. Bigger pizza makes me happy.
