Best for serving

We found this peel to be a bit too thick for removing the pizza from the oven and is best used for serving. We use the thinner metal peel for launching and turning. Overall though, it is a good quality accessory for the Ooni Koda that we have.

I love this pizza peel. I love that Ooni made it easy to buy accessories when I got my fyra. Best purchase of the year especially with the pandemic. I think it would have been helpful if I read more on the benefit of a metal turner/peel to buy along with this wooden one since wood ones can char if used to turn pizzas.

Ooni products claim they are made in Scotland; however, the tag on the product received says made in China. We paid double for this to get a product from Scotland and could have purchased a product of similar quality for much less elsewhere.

Nice serving board, but...

Nice quality and I'm glad I purchased it...just be sure not to cut the pizza while it's on the board, Pizza cutter leaves grooves. So you have to bring the pizza from the oven to a cutting board to the serving board. Too many steps.
