Nicely constructed, but I find metal peels easier to use. The bamboo peel's thickness makes it difficult to slide under the pizza. But I've only used it about 5 times, and it gets easier every time.

What can I say? It's a legit pizza launching implement. Looks nice and has a great finish. Use a turning peel to dome your pizza and get them out of the oven.

Love this pizza peel. Sometimes its hard to move the pie around inside because it is a little thick but works great to put the pie in and remove. Would recommend!

The size is perfect. Be sure to adequately flour the surface. Only issue is that the front edge chars, burns, and deteriorates as a result fairly easily.

Great for making and serving

Great for making and serving a pizza but does not work well to remove a pizza from the oven. The board is too thick. I made a thin Stainless Steel Pizza Peel that works fantastic for removing pizzas from the oven.
