Make sure you form the pizza on this peel, then lift and blow underneath before you try and launch into the oven. Works everytime - just make sure you blow outside

This is the best pizza peel we have ever used (and we have tried a few). The pizzas slide right off the sleek bamboo surface, and it's the perfect size for 12" pizzas! Highest quality, like all the other ooni products we have purchased.
