This peel works best for launching because it's designed to the contour of your oven. I sprinkle a little semolina flour on the peel to get the perfect launch.
You will need a metal peel to rotate and remove your pizza from the oven when it's done cooking.

I would not bother. Sorry Ooni. The glued together bamboo and will fail with about 5 launchings. Love the other products just not this one in particular. Customer service amazing though!
