I use this board to finish preparing the pizza in order to stick it in the oven. Don't forget to put plenty of Pizza flour so it slides off easily. Since this board is the perfect size for my over, it's a MUST to have it.

Love the size and functionality but mine arrived like so many other reviews- with a small split down the middle. Disappointing but I didn't want to take the time to return it and have to wait for a replacement. My bad! But I wanted to make pizza!
