Works once you master it

For it work well and slide off you have to keep the dough dry. It is well made and doesn't look like we will have to replace it like all our wooden ones that cracked.

I use a little semolina on the peel and occasionally have to blow air under the pizza if it has been on the peel for a few minutes, but has made launching easy.
