We love our new OONI

We love our new OONI and new peel. We use it to get a pizza out of the OONI to make room for the next one. We love our OONI Fyra 12 and would encourage everyone to try steaks in the OONI. The best!

We use this peel to take out the pizzas. We first tried it to put them in and found you need a lot of the semolina flour on it to make it slide in easy so prefer the metal peel for putting the pizza in.
